Lydia & Lance l Wedding l Part 1
By Catherine Mac on May 7, 2012 | Category: Blog,Recent Shoots | 32 CommentsIt was such a privilege to photograph Lydia and Lance’s wedding day! I love, love, LOVED all the gorgeous details, the ‘moments’, the exquisite venue (Lourensford) and a couple too in love for even words to explain!
I am very excited to share Part 1 of Lydia and Lance’s beautiful wedding with you today.. unfortunately there are just tooooo many photos I wanted to share to fit into one blog post so the second half of their wedding will be on the blog soon!
Lydia is a fashion designer and I just knew her wedding dress was going to be something special. It fit like a glove and Lydia looked like an absolute dream when she floated down the aisle to her handsome Prince Charming!
I was reminded of how lucky I am to be a wedding photographer whilst shooting Lydia and Lances wedding. For an entire day, I get to photograph two people who are in love and are surrounded by family and friends who have come together to celebrate their love for one another.
For those of you who speak ‘wedding’ you might recognize Christine Meintjes in the photos.. Christine was a bridesmaid on the day of her sisters wedding and how cute are these two sisters singing ‘going to the Chapel’… I think you’ll know what I mean when you see them dancing around in the photos :)
Lydia and Lance’s wedding day was fun and festive from start to finish and I really enjoyed every moment of this fabulous day!
